Hi, I’m Shengjie Guo — a designer, illustrator, and system thinker based in Berlin.
I work at the intersection of industrial design, UX/UI, and visual storytelling. With a background in product design and a Master’s degree in System Design, I approach every project with curiosity, structure, and a strong sense of aesthetics. I believe that good design isn’t just about solving problems — it’s about building meaning, emotion, and narrative into everyday experiences.
My work often blends hand-drawn elements, digital tools, and speculative concepts. I’m currently developing a design universe narrated by a fictional character — a persona that lives inside my work, uses the objects I design, and interacts with the future I imagine.
Whether it’s a research-driven interface, a poetic object, or an illustrated moment of reflection — I care deeply about the "why" behind every creative decision.
