PRODUCT DEFINITION
ESP1000 is a handheld professional metal detector designed for security inspection scenarios such as airports, events, and controlled-access environments.
The product focuses on delivering clear functional feedback, ergonomic handling, and high reliability within a compact and robust industrial form. 

Rather than emphasizing technological complexity, the design prioritizes usability, clarity, and trust, ensuring the device performs consistently in high-pressure, real-world inspection contexts. 


DESIGN FOCUS

_ Ergonomic control: The handle and body geometry are designed for prolonged one-handed use with minimal fatigue. 

_ Operational clarity: Feedback (visual / tactile / acoustic) is immediate and unambiguous, reducing cognitive load during inspections. 

_ Professional presence: The form language communicates precision, authority, and reliability without appearing aggressive. 

_ Durability: Designed to withstand frequent use in demanding security environments.


FORM & PROPORTION STRATEGY

_ Elongated, linear body optimized for scanning motions 

_ Clear separation between handle, control zone, and detection area 

_ Balanced proportions to ensure stable handling and intuitive orientation 

_ Subtle surface transitions guide grip placement without visual clutter 

The overall form supports fast, repetitive movements while maintaining control and accuracy.










CMF STRATEGY

Color: Neutral, professional tones that align with security and industrial equipment standards 

Material: Durable plastics combined with rubberized grip areas for impact resistance and secure handling 

Finish: Matte surfaces to reduce glare, fingerprints, and visual distraction during operation 

The CMF strategy reinforces the product’s professional and dependable character.
