The design process of the INCARI Retrobox followed a comprehensive and iterative design stack, integrating systemic analysis, form exploration, CMF strategy, and visualization workflows.
Because the product was part of a real industrial project, the process required balancing functional constraints, manufacturability, and brand expression — while maintaining a clear, timeless aesthetic suitable for classic automotive interiors.
